NTPC Faridabad successfully concluded the flagship CSR initiative, Girl Empowerment Mission 2024 on 29th June 2024. The 27-day workshop held from 3rd to 29th June 2024 saw enthusiastic participation from 37 girls from nearby government schools.

Shri Ravindra Kumar, Director (Operations) and Smt Chandana Kumari, Senior Member (Sanyukta Mahila Samiti) graced the closing ceremony in the presence of Shri Vijay Chand, Head of Project (Faridabad), Smt Vibha Agarwal, President (Sukriti Mahila Sangh/ Ankuram Bal Bhawan), and other other dignitaries.

Sarpanches from nearby villages, Principles of the Government schools from where the girls were selected, employees of Faridabad station, USAG, Sukriti Mahila Sangh, Ankuram Bal Bhawan, Union, and Association representatives were also present.

The girls showcased their talent through a vibrant cultural program, highlighting their learnings and experiences from the workshop.
